New build: residential and commercial building in Passau
New look for the historic Buchner House
With the "Buchner Haus", we are bringing one of Passau's most famous buildings back to life. Built in 1877, the yellow corner building on Ludwigsplatz had been dilapidated for years. As the dilapidated structure could not be preserved, we demolished the building in consultation with the city of Passau and rebuilt it.

Gently shaping a vision
Due to its highly frequented location, the property continues to be ideally suited for a mixed use of retail, gastronomy, office, co-working and residential in the form of micro-apartments.
