Mixed usage concept at Kleiner Stachus town are in Germering
The recently redesigned town square known as „Kleiner Stachus“ will be added by a modern building which will crucially affect the perception of Germering as an aspiring location in the Munich area. Well located at vital traffic hubs in the district of Fürstenfeldbruck, near Munich, ehret+klein develops a distinctive five-floor business site with urban flair.
Working in the booming village
As a location, Germering combines the best of two sides: Well-situated in the attractive influential orbit of Germany’s second largest city and essential economic and social centre, but less expensive and hectic than its giant sister, the city enjoys booming popularity amongst companies as well as solvent families. By planning a mixed use concept including office spaces as well as a functional Kindergarten, ehret+klein paid detailed attention to satisfy the needs of both these groups. Modern addition
Before the new construction of the stylish commercial building, there was an orphaned plot of land with an old residential building that was already in a state of decay.
