CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL QUARTER FOR ANY GENERATION
Wolfartsweier – different generations go hand-in-hand
The WOLFSGRÜN project is being built on the edge of Wolfartsweier, in the immediate vicinity of Karlsruhe, and offers a beautiful view of gardens, meadows and fields. This is where a mixed-use residential quarter for young and old, scheduled for completion in 2023, is being created. In addition to condominiums and subsidized housing, the project also includes a daycare center and space for health care.
Urban and green
As part of the Black Forest Nature Park Central/North, the largest natural park in Germany, Karlsruhe's Wolfartsweier district offers a particularly attractive location. The forest – a vast recreational space that extends an enticing invitation to walk, hike or bike – begins just a few steps from your new home. But the rest of Karlsruhe also promises a high quality of life. The small rehabilitation center, which will provide care for accident victims and stroke patients, for example, will be an innovative offering for Wolfartsweier. The ensemble will be neatly rounded off by a medical practice, which will ensure the availability of medical care. A combination of uses that is sure to please every generation.
Clean lines and great clarity
Set amidst lush greenery, the buildings embody the Bauhaus ideals with regard light, air and sun. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, the latter will flood the interiors with light, making for wonderfully bright apartments. The residential buildings, with just a few apartments per building, will create a neighborly atmosphere. The rooms are generously proportioned and boast large windows. The large expanses of glass ensure wonderfully bright and airy apartments and a cozy atmosphere.
