Start-up flair on Lake Starnberg
Before the site lay fallow for several years, it was used by Roche and Boehringer-Mannheim until 2001. By redeveloping the site, we are not only creating a high-quality location for businesses, but are also making a significant contribution to the sustainable development of Tutzing. In line with our approach of holistic value creation, the quarter is complemented by the already completed SIMSON private clinic and the residential and commercial "Lakeside Living" point buildings.
Working, shopping and a sense of well-being at Lake Starnberg

Development and implementation step by step
An ideas competition provided the framework for the overall urban architectural concept for the three northern commercial units. Christoph Winkelkötter, Managing Director of the Society for Economic and Tourism Development in the Starnberg district, cites as a motto: "Work directly in the town with the best public transport connections and a view of the lake.
