New build: Private clinic in Tutzing
Relaxation in transition
Before the site was reused, the traditional SIMSON Hotel was situated here. Located not far from Lake Starnberg in picturesque Tutzing, it was a popular destination for those seeking relaxation. We remain true to this character: With its appealing architecture, atmospheric interieur design and through the charm of the location, the new development is also to become a place of recreation: A private clinic for service providers who need a break will be built in the property.
Creation of a new business location
The new private clinic will be part of the urban development that ehret+klein is creating in the center of Tutzing. With Business Area Tutzing, we are creating a vibrant corporate campus on a former industrial site situated between the train station and the hospital grounds.
